Yes, absolutely tooled. Hair does not usually grow INTO the head.

 

Even if the common consensus from the people smarter than me is 'not that much' or 'nope' it does look off enough to halt me from bidding.

In my poor opinion I would say yes based on the hair alone.

 

The hair was particularly bothersome to me. I don't mind a subtle amount of tooling, but they went overboard on the hair. It's a damn shame.

 

They were going for this hairstyle except on a male.

 

Lol. Yeah, I am on the tooled boat as well. I looked it over though since its always beneficial to see the somewhat more subtle hints other than that gawdawful hairdo.

No, it's not my coin. Ex-Harlan Berk though, but that doesn't mean anything. I'm sure Mr. Berk has come across quite a few aggressively tooled pieces.
