Forgive me if this has been asked before, but which is correct? Or are both generally accepted terms?

    Ditto for "Standing", "Walking", etc.

This is just from my experience, so it may or may not be correct, but I have heard Seated Liberty and Liberty Seated used interchangeably, with Liberty Seated being the more technically correct term. In publications like the Redbook and Breen's Encyclopedia it is referred to as Liberty Seated. While for the SLQ and WLH, they are referred to as Standing/Walking Liberty by most collectors and publications (Redbook, Fox's WLH book), with the exception of the Breen Encyclopedia, in which Breen calls the SLQ, Liberty Standing.

Both are accepted, but "Liberty Seated" is more proper and also helps avoid confusion when abbreviating certain denominations.
