    Except for one or two, I haven't looked closely at any of these nor attempted attribution. I'll probably do that over the holidays.

    Here's one from the group which I did attribute. The color and metal caught my eye-- looks like debased silver or billion. Or is it plated/coated?

    Obv: IM CAE MAGN ENTIVS AVG, draped & cuirassed bust right
    Rev: FELICITAS REIPVBLICAE, Magnentius standing left, holding Victory on globe & labarum. A in right field. TRP in exergue.
    Ref: RIC VIII 264, Trier

    The other Magnentius, the Chi Rho, is a much scarcer piece. One of these in high grade is pretty large money nowadays, (Doug Smith has one in his avatar pic).

    Hi TIF => hey, thanks for posting the rest of your coins (I have followed all of your threads to-date, so this was a useful summary/conclusion to your treasure chest series!!) .... in the end, I really liked the lot!! (thanks again for sharing)

    a few other interesting one in there. the style of that large fallen horsemen looks different, large vot wreaths are cool...i like those.

    I wish my folly's were as bad as yours. These look like some nice pieces. I know some people who have been looking for a nice large Magnentius Chi Rho at affordable prices. I think you did quite well.

    Thats a nice lot of coins. My eyes went to the Magnentius coins as well. Figures.
