LoL, I must have dropped $4,500 of Jefferson nickels, state quarters, and Roosie dimes and post 82 Lincoln's into CoinStar this summer. Multiple trips with 35 - 40 pound pails of coins. Were any collectibles? Probably. Not things I collect however.
One thing I am sure of is the master die making systems in 2008-2010 . They went and add to a cald computer system for transfer it add two more checks .hex that could help.
As the years go by, it should be interesting to find in circulation a small sprinkling of S-mintmarked America the Beautiful quarters from broken open, mint-wrapped rolls sold directly by the US Mint. Some collectors report that they keep only the super nice higher-grading pieces from the roll and spend the rest. I buy a roll of each S-mintmarked quarter as issued, but keep them intact.
I find a lot of 1968 S Cents in circulation. In fact that's the highest and most often found by me in the area I live in. I've found an S Mississippi proof in circulation, wheaties, SLQ's and lots of Ikes. Too many to count.
Most of the Philadelphia Mint coins, stay East of the Mississippi River, and most of the Denver Mint coins, stay West of the Mississippi River now. The San Francisco Mint coins, is mostly a special coin facility. The only other mint, is the West Point Mint, and it's also a special coin facility.
