I recently bought these two, they are two that I have wanted for a long time

A pretty significant spread on face value there :>) I found my best deals at local auctions on my old notes, especially bills of large denomination. No where near the amount of bidders compared to internet auctions. How did yours come about?

 

I went to a local pawn shop and I had been watching these notes on eBay for awhile so I was well informed when I went in. And I felt I paid a good price.

The last one in my Large size 1$ silvers, I need about 3 more to finish the 1$ large size type set

 

Not that there's much value outside the face value, I got this in my hand the other day and it was in such good condition I decided to keep it. Hopefully the fold wears out of it.

1922 $10 Gold Cert.

 

Beautiful!

 

This is a little lower grade 1922 $10 Gold Cert. but it is nice. The seller Sergio Sanchez has a great eye for notes and most of the pieces he has are pretty nice. He lists most of his notes on the Collector's Corner Marketplace as an invited seller.

 

Picked this up for my wife the other day, the 3 cent we paid for, the other two were "christmas gifts" from the coin shop!

 

I like the $10, that's on my list but not before this one

sorry its my wishlist, I commented on the $10 and stated I would buy that before the $10

 

I thought so but then I didn't go back in the thread very far. When I do that I usually miss a very important post, as I began to think here.

I ״ bought ״ today my first one ( circulated - just to see what is the new thing) and not the last one - This one is Nice & Sophisticated !

 

High grade 1963A $2 ~ low price.

 

CGA is not my first choice in paper graders, but this one has the Star on it. I think that this is the new heavier CGA holder, the older lightweight holders from CGA turned me away from them. I will buy the currency from CGA with the star designation now though, CGA graders are not bad just them old lightweight holders I did not like.

 

1907 $5 ~ pcblic error. I have had this note for a long time.
