Charles, I am in no way an expert, but this does not appear to be right to me. It is suppose to be a new style Athens Attica Tet that looks like this one of mine: I would say your example is a fake.
Here are photos depicting mine. The coin in the OP doesn't strike me as a product of the expert engravers of Athens. Perhaps it was made someplace outside of Athens? I might suggest checking it with a magnet. If it is ancient silver, then I think the magnetic attraction should be nearly zero.
I concur. Not ancient. It is an arm's length fake. At 31.75 grams it is twice as heavy as a real one. ... but it might be real silver... (hopefully)
