That's what I'd call it weak striking on the rim on the reverse but I'd call it a good clean fine

 

Yes i would agree with a fine it is well worth every cent you paid also very nice coin for 15 dollars !!

I buy a lot of LCs in the 15-25 range for $18 after shipping I think you did very well with this one and the guys are right you could probably double your money selling it
