1878 GSA CC VAM 18?

Just looked at some of my old GSA sets and one of them has a sticker indicating its a VAM 18. How can I tell if this is accurate. Any opinions on grade? Thanks and here are some pics.

As far as grade, looking at the coin on my phone I'd say ms63

 

Thanks! I can not tell, I guess I need to buy a loop. It looks like it has the polish between the eagle head and wing but I can not see any other marks the website describes.
