Help with another Ancient coin?

Since you guys were so helpful I was hoping I could get a little more help..

My uncle found this on the ground in syria but I highly doubt it's syrian.

Cant help but was he treasure hunting or literal it was just on the ground ???

 

Well, what he told me that he was digging for some reason. I don't remember why, but he found it about a foot deep in dirt and sand. He wasn't treasure hunting, just randomly found it.

 

Hmm should have hunted around more might have been more in that spot !!
