    I bought some uncleaned coins and this is the only coin I couldn't identify.
    Any idea whats is this coin?

    It looks like a barbarous radiate purporting to be Tetricus with a SALVS AVG reverse

    I agree with Martin. It's a barbarous imitations of a Tetricus coin. Some collectors focus in barbarous imitations.
