This came in the mail yesterday, courtesy of ebay (I probably paid a bit more than it was "worth" but I wanted the coin and I didn't mind spending the money for it.) It is lightly circulated but in overall good shape. The Walking Liberty design is really a beautiful coin. And it's silver! I showed it to my boss this morning and she just kept staring at it and saying how pretty it was. Man, I miss the Liberty coins. The current coins are OK (except for the butt-ugly nickel) but the coins from the first half of the 20th century were absolutely gorgeous.
I keep hoping. I'm waiting for an Indian head penny or older, a shield nickel or older, a Mercury dime or older, a Standing Liberty quarter or older, and the walking liberty half. I've made some amazing finds (go to the Bugo's Finds Of The Day thread for some examples of what I've found) of coins that I would have never thought were still in circulation.
