Are these errors?

    Not sure if these are true errors, just wanted opinions on if they are worth selling or if I should just keep them for a collection?

    The dime is a minor error.

    The nickel is just worn and worth about 7c as a no-date.

    i have a 1988 p half dollar with a large 6 or 9 stamped over the Y in the word LIBERTY. Is this an error or something that has been done by an individual after the fact?

    Damaged after leaving the mint. It's been counter stamped. There's no telling who did it or why.
