Want to know if what type of value this may have based on the images, and maybe a grade.

Damaged, corroded, $10-15

 

Also looks a little bent,on top of what Bigtree pointed out, really on the bay mabye 9 bucks or so !!

 

I agree with BigTee. The grade is probably Fine Details (corrosion). If you got $10 for it, I would say you're doing pretty well.
