I just bought this off ebay. The pictures were taken by the seller. What's it worth? I think I got a pretty good deal on it.

It's a common date and its circulated...so I don't know that I would say it's worth much more than melt. Currently, melt is $7.55. It might be worth a little more but I would say $9 tops.

My guess is retail around $15. The coin looks XF to me. It would need a tad more facial detail and more definition of the lines in the gown for AU. I don't think it shows the luster for AU either.

Too many nicks not enough detail to be much more than melt.

True... but what it's worth and what it will sell for on eBay are two different things. However, you and others have answered the OP's question... it's worth melt.

Maybe $9. This would be considered junk silver.

It is an EF-40 i would say if you resold it on ebay you would prolly get 10-11 dollars for it !!

You can also add me to that list. All cash registers had half's in them for change.

Here is a photo of the Morgan that has something like shellac on the obverse. Like I said before the gentleman I bought 202 from had them stored in a 1 quart oil can!
