Question on Third Reich Reichspfennig - Proof Or Mint State?

here i have a nice piece of Third Reich Era Military Coin ,
im wondering since it has so much of the original luster is it proof or regular issue coin, never seen any brighter one specially when looking on the sun . i know Nazi produce some of the proof of this coins , but i never seen one before to compare . thanks guys

Well then, you got to send it to someone more knowledgeable than TPG. Or just grade it yourself... Got basement?

 

Unless they used a different textured die finish on their proofs, I would expect it is a business strike.

 

I don't see any evidence of this being a pf or even pl...so mint state imo
