cant tell from pics, does it have "blakesly effect" ? if so then its genuine.

Yep, and on the obverse below LIBERTY at around 8 o'clock. You can see weakness in the rim, the "blakesly" effect, which is indicative of a clipped planchet.

 

ahh ok i see it on obverse now, cool, missed that...
