    I see what looks like the blakesly effect...I'd say genuine.

    on reverse at "e pluribus" bout 11 o clock?

    Yep, and on the obverse below LIBERTY at around 8 o'clock. You can see weakness in the rim, the "blakesly" effect, which is indicative of a clipped planchet.
