When you say "cleaned" I can only assume that you mean harshly cleaned. That said, I guess you'll have to tell us because I can see no evidence that either coin has been harshly cleaned.
One coin was "cleaned' by putting it atop aluminum foil and a solution of boiling water and banking soda poured over it (in a bowl). That same coin was then polished with Wright's Anti-Varnish Silver Polish cream.
When you want a comparison put the coins side-by-side and image them at the same time. The lighting conditions of the pictures you posted vary from one to the next. Can't do the comparison.
