MS 69.jpg MS 69b.jpg This is a MS 69 PCGS Morgan, that has a population of 1, I do believe. Obviously, it isn't mine, but is a magnificent specimen. Feel free to post your most beautiful candidates........

That date/mint there's at least 2 that I know of. The 1880-S has at least 5 69's. If memory serves I'm thinking there's about a dozen 69's total. But that's just PCGS.

But they are all magnificent coins !

I think that the 1880-S and 1881-S Morgan's tend to be just about as beautiful of any coin ever...even when they aren't that perfect. Excellent strike, booming luster and easy to find in high grade. Just wonderful coins.

Subtract 1 point from the grade and add color!

This coin was part of the Sunnywood Collection before it was sold. This is my pick.

No, it is not mine. If it were, I would probably post it every day. The Sunnywood collection was purchased in its entirety via private sale. I never had a chance to bid on this coin at auction. I was prepared to bid $25K strong and probably lose, but I doubt I will ever get my chance.

I can't show off with a high-end coin, but maybe you'll like my MS-63 Morgan as well... no rainbow toning neither... but hey, she's born in Nevada :)

...and if you're wondering why I haven't posted an MS-69 coin; that's because I like coins that have some "history" and are not perfect or close to being perfect.

    Nothing wrong with that.

Close as I can get to that one, I thought my "damage" was adjustment marks but obviously NGC doesn't agree. I don't care, I still love it.

1d_1973_PCGS_MS-66.jpg This is one that I am resubmitting, with a few other MS-66 coins as "reference". Several collectors concur with me that this is a MS-67 coin. I have other MS-67 coins in this series, but not with the same eye-appeal. I don't have any business strikes being of higher grades...
