I am thinking about purchasing this MTT. Can someone help me with the mint date, location, and value? It looks a little toned, but really doesn't have a lot of wear.

Your coin is a modern restrike. You can see the differences here:

It contains about .7516 troy ounces of silver, and that controls the value. APMEX is buying these today for $15.89. You can expect to pay $4-$5 over melt value to purchase from a dealer, but I have seen these sell on eBay for under melt.

Thank you for that. I should I have included in my previous post that I sell MTT restrikes quite frequently. It is correct that recent restrikes do bring the values listed above. However they have been restruck for over 200 years and these have a higher premium. There are specific diagnostics to tell the city of mintage and approx date. I have been working with those diagnostics on the .name website but am hoping there are some MTT experts who could let me know more about this older one.

It does indeed appear to be the common, more modern, type. Closer pictures of the diagnostic parts like the shield/crown and tiara would confirm this.

I spent some more time with the coin and it is a Vienna restrike 1850-1890 or 1900. Thank you to all for the help.
