the spacing of the date, and the 7 9 of the date, look close together, this coin has a plain edge. it is not S-78, the L in LIBERTY is too close to the cap. it is not any of the lettered edge varieties, it is not S-79, the reeded edge variety, it is not any of the jefferson head varieties, it looks like NC-2. at least from what i can see of the date and LIBERTY, and the spacing of the date.
nevermind. what i thought was the 7 in the date looks like something else. the 7 in the date looks to be further away from the 9. probably S-77.
