    Looks like late stage die deterioration to me.

    This may be the first post of yours I've seen where I think I can see legit hub doubling.

    I know that variety and error collecting from circulated coins is your thing, and I am not trying to be rude, but I suggest you invest in a better camera and/or a better setup that allows you to show us what you are seeing when you make these posts. Your pics make it very hard to discern one way or the other.
