Just list one of them, and keep the rest of them, and as time goes on, keep selling them one at a time, lots of people have money out there, my father was a only child though out his whole family, and inherited everybody money, homes, etc
I would sell the duplicate 64 and 65 grade one at a time. I'm not to sure how much more value two notes in sequence have vs what you would get selling them separately. I have not been that successful with serial pairs of $100 bills myself. If they were stars, that would help. At least you still keep your grade run intact and can possibly use the money to extend it.
I would keep them, unless you needed the money for something else you have your eye on. Great group. Then again, I keep too many things. Maybe my advice isn't the best.
Nice notes with better sigs. Are you a collector? Do they interest you? If not, no reason to hang onto them... sell them *individually* or *paired*. No reason to sell as one batch. Many people may want one, few will want them all, hence your return is better selling them singled or paired. Or sell them to me for face...always a good option.
I would use it as a nice base to build a collection to be proud. Since I am a collector and not a dealer I am probably in the minority opinion.
Looking at the notes more closely the notes are from two sheets, it would have been nice to have all the same sheet - you have two from one sheet and three from the next , ideally you want Plate position A,B,C,D, E,F to complete one column of a half sheet of 12 or the next six Letters for column two. But that is being really picky.
$500 would be a good deal considering PMG grading Fees, shipping and insurance for those evaluations pushes the value a little over 600(I think). Friedberg has them listed as worth $350 each in PMG 63 so factor in another 10% at least.
It's all in good fun my friend. I actually paid face for them. The note below is one of the two I sold. I think I got about $300 on ebay. It later sold at the 2010 Heritage Fun Show auction for about $400. In 2012 the owner sold it for $675 through the Heritage Make offer to owner deal. Crazy. Someone paid way too much.
