Not only did eBay raise fees, it appears they've also changed their policy about accepting payment in cold hard cash. I had my new listings tonight cancelled because I accepted cash as a method of payment, squarely against their (new?) policy Sellers may not solicit buyers to mail cash, and was threatened to have my account suspended if I ever did it again!

Even if they raise the rates, they are still the cheapest thing out there by far. And I would expect every auction venue to do the same - all they are doing really is keeping up with inflation with increases of 2 - 3%.

I've never been affiliated with Penn State but I don't know the specific origin of the program. It's currently owned by Qualcomm and comes in free (sponsored) and paid mode. You can still get the freebies at www.eudora.com .

Important: I use Version 6.1, I had tried Version 7 and it did not go well, so I uninstalled it and went back to 6.1.

It has its advantages and disadvantages, to be sure. It works for me, but then again I still use dBase III :goofer:
