1984 lincoln cent with questionable ear lobe

    Looks like a slight hit on the earlobe.

    as in machine doubling? it is the only thing on the obverse that looks doubled. can that happen?

    i just got my CPG today and was flipping through it and this looks similar to the 1941 p FS# 018.3. is there a chance it could be similar?
