Hello all! I've been looking to buy an album with plastic slides (not just holes) to display my large cent collection. I've found that Whitman's are the cheapest, then Littleton's, then Dansco's. What are y'all's favorite kinds and why? Thanks.

Is your large cent collection all one design?
If not then you'd need something similar to a type set album.
You need to give us a better idea of what you've got.

Dansco but understand the slides can damage your coins.

I'm not really an album user but . . . I have a Whitman Jefferson album made in the mid-60s, and just recently I had it side by side with a brand new Whitman album. The decline in quality was kind of appalling - the new one seemed made out of the flimsiest materials possible.

I like to buy my own d-binders and plastic sleeves, and insert my 2x2s into them.

Thank y'all for all the replies! I am attempting a somewhat complete date and mintmark set of lower grade large cents from the 1790s to 1857.

Then I don't think there will be an album that will house all those coins.
    Why?
Because there are several different sizes involved
    Do something like xlrcable suggested.

BTW I'm pretty sure there are no mint marks used during that time period.

OK, I see. I don't know why I put mintmarks. I meant varieties. Silly me! Thanks for the advice.
