i found it by accident in my coin jar. Its 1999 year. I am not a collector per say but i haw a few coins. Is this one a rare one and if yes, how can weriffy it 100%. That its real.
If the reverse side still has the copper plating on it then it may be real. if the copper plating is missing and it looks silver color then it is what non cents said.
It has been shaved to be an insert for something called a Magician's coin. Essentially, a shell made from another hollowed out coin would have your cent placed inside it. Sometimes the effect is that of a two headed or two tailed coin. In this case you have the insert minus the shell.
