They build a two-story maze in a convention hall for GenCon in Indianpolis. It works like a D&D adventure. They use tokens to keep track of weapons, armor, potions, scrolls, etc. You buy them before the game and you can buy, sell, and trade all year long. They are about the size of US Half Dollars. The first ones were woods. Then, they found a casino chip maker to create nicer ones. After buying a couple of large random lots from "True Dungeons" players, I started looking for the tokens that a Bard would use. You need multiple tokens for potions, scrolls, etc., because they are "spent" when used. In the True Dungeons game, they have DMs who take them away as you play.
