    I picked this up from a friend (who's a total Byzantine nut BTW) for free!

    It was already attributed so I didn't need to search all over the place.

    For those of you who don't know, Ravenna is located in North-Eastish Italy. Tiberius I.jpg Tiberius I rev.jpg

    Tiberius II Constantine, 578-582 AD. AE Decanummium, Ravenna. DM TIb CONSTANT PP AVG, crowned and cuirassed bust facing, holding cross on globe / Large I, cross to left, cross to right, all within wreath. SB 472, DOC 66.

    that's one may clean up a bit vlaha...but not sure. mayb be worth a shot if you're so inclined.
    ravenna is one byzatine mints i'm still after.

    Free is a good price for this coin. Hard to tell much from the image though.

    Well technically it's a junk box coin since he cherry picked it.
