Whats your guys opinion on enameled coins? i know a lot of people are completely against "tampering" with coins in any with but i find it cool. Recently I've been getting into coins that have been "tampered" with such as love tokens and a little bit of counterstamps. I might want to get into collecting some enameled coins although they are a little harder to get. What do you guys think?

If you like them collect them . But remember they probably will never be anything but expensive bullion .

I've seen some pretty well done ones, old GB coinage enameled. I think it looks neat, but it's more of a novelty than anything with collector value. But if one strikes your fancy and the price is right, buy it up!

Any ideas where is a good place to get them? Im more interested in the older British coins then the modern bullion.

Not really , but those will have some collector value , I thought you meant the stuff they're making today .

I've seen them on eBay. There's a seller in the UK that makes them and does a pretty good job.

Can't find him now - but just do a search for enamel in Coins and Paper Money and away you go!
