Heres two example of 2013 Lincoln Cents, one is the real deal, the other one is from a loose die First I'll start with the loose die, flat, shelve like (LIBER) A009 - 20131019_142915 (4).jpg next is the real deal, very round on doubling (LIBER) A015 - 20131012_110122 (3).jpg

    Agreed on #1: die chatter.

#2---- I don't see a DDO, more like strike doubling.

both of these photos looks like this may be the same type doubling. if the coins looks this way in hand you may have a real doubled die here. maybe you need to let a error specialist look at them. from looking at the L in liberty this may be a combination of MD and DDO the L looks like it has doubling from two different directions . It would be hard to say for sure what you have from just looking at the photos.

I believe #2 is a DDO, I see the split serifs with no shelfing.

There is a strong glare, and I can't guarantee that I see notching...but the extra thickness that I am seeing in the left arm of the Y in LIBERTY is usually indicative of a class IX doubled die.
