Morgan With Odd Reverse?

    I saw a Morgan dollar with heavy wear but the reverse was not the typical reverse. It was blank with some cursive writing saying the coin was "Presented" to somebody "can't read".

    Anybody know anything about these?

    the reverse was more then likely grinded off so some one good engrave a message

    I see a lot of these in the form of Seated Liberty dimes. Some of them are extremely well done.
