    Counterstamps. They were added after the mint as novelty pieces.

    You'll have to be more specific. I don't see anything out of the ordinary with the coin...

    Never mind I see it like that on other pennies guess this one is more dirty in those spots and made it look different sorry duh error

    Right below Unum and along the top of the building that sticks out can that still be rot

    I agree with you looked at it with my 20 time magnify glass and see the bubbles under it should of figured thanks
