    im looking to see if anyone can help me with a ruff estimate of the grade of my quarter??

    NorthKorea Dealer Member is a made up title...

    VG/Fair - probably cleaned based upon scratches on the eagle, but grade is low enough that it probably doesn't matter too much.

    $15, give or take. If not for the scratches, maybe $25-$30.
