Update: I've asked Brian Ribar, who does the nickel attributions for John Wexler's site, which CONECA master listing the WDDR-003 would match up with. His response was as follows:

"While I am not 100% sure, it is most likely CONECA DDR-001."

so what does this mean

 

Well, I asked because none of the CONECA listings for this date mention the die gouge on the obverse. Mine does pretty much match the description of the CONECA DDR-001...but I was just curious if Mr. Wexler's listing matched up. Apparently...maybe?

When my other examples get here (I did some shopping on eBay) I'm going to send them in for attribution.
