Hi all, So I actually don't think that this is a 1888/7 indian head but I thought that I would post here asking just in case. I bought a bunch indian heads at an estate sale and this was the only one in a protective sleeve- which I thought was odd. It made me think that there might be something special about it. Even though the last 8 looks somewhat odd I don't see any die break or weak feather. What are you thoughts?
It is clearly not the big one, nor does it appear to be the lesser variety. While always was worth checking, people do strange things, so never assume that a coin may be special just because a coin is in some type of holder.
