    Picture kind of blury, but from the detail I can see with scratches and nicks in prime focal area's (on the face of washington) and I can't see much detail on the eagles chest, but again could be from blury picture. Also still seem's to have nice luster to it..my opinion would be MS-63/64.

    I would have to say a ms 63, which would put it at 10 dollars or being the value !!
