1999 pennsylvania quarter toned?

    Hi I'm new to the coin hobby and i found this quarter in change and it looks kind of brownish gold to it as you can tell and i wanted to know if this is worth keeping and/or worth something thank you.

    That coin is circulated, nobody is going to pay money for a circulated Statehood quarter. Heck, I can't even sell PCGS graded PR69 DCAMs on E-Bay.
