Found this star note... should I keep it, or just put it back into circulation. I would like to sell it if it has value.

I picked up a new edition of the Official Red Book of United States Paper Money. (Third Edition) The 2006 series star notes are showing as face value. However, the 2003-A series have a premium of $25 or $75 depending on the district. It would be safe to say if you want to hold it for 2-3 more years, this could happen to your note as well. It seems the first premium attached to modern star notes, as they age, is consistently in this range. Yours is in uncirculated condition, I may add.
