Please confirm - Canadian tokens?

    I`ve received two half penny tokens:
    - copper or bronze, sitting Commerce/feldmarshall Wellington
    - brass, sitting Commerce, date 1812/ head of king George in wreath.
    I think both are from Canada, but I`m not sure what province. Can you help me? Do you know something more?

    Yes, both are considered Canadian. They most likely would had been used in Upper Canada (now Ontario), though the Atlantic provinces are possible as well.

    The second piece if I remember correctly is actually struck after 1812, as importation of tokens was made illegal sometime later, resulted in antidated pieces being struck and placed into circulation.
