    Yes, I agree. Since it was imitating a late victorian gold coin, it appears to be gilt.

    There appears to be some type of writing under the reverse. Looks Indian. Maybe its from the Indian British empire? I don't think its any kind of immiation. Its all one piece. Not a fake coin molded into jewelry

    Seriously, if it's India Empire it doesn't seem like good public relations. Asian countries usually have happy thoughts about dragons-sacred, good luck, power, invincibility etc.

    Nothing equals F equals L equals nothing. It means one who starts with nothing ends up with nothing if they don't put anything substantial in between.

    have you tried cross referencing the photo on the net ....??

    as seeing if they have similar items out there ...
