Thank you, purple88. I keep looking at it and comparing it to other graded examples and get the impression it can get graded a low MS. I knew it's definitely AU or MS. It appears as if it's been pulled from the coin bag and saw no real usage. It really is a beautiful coin. The pictures don't do justice in showing the brightness of the coin.
No problem and glad to help. My estimates are very conservative. I'm really bad at taking pics of my coins so I never do them "justice". Most often I do them an "injustice"" If the coin is even nicer than your pic it may be worth having the coin graded. The value would certainly jump up with an MS grade. Nice coin. Very cool.
