I ended up paying 50 cents over face. I have a 74 in my type album that i payed $3 for but this one is going in because it was cheaper and way better looking. Any one see a variety? 1945 s bu war nickle I got this to replace the 1943 au in my type album $6 it came in a old odd square plastic holder thing i had to open. 1938s bu nickle payed $8 replaces the 38 f in my type album my nicest walker i needed for my album 1939d 2x2 said $25 i paid $20 i got the 38s nickleand this for $28 and now my best random buy of the show 1935? pony express diamond jublie medal 2x2 said $4 it was in the half off box i paid $2 the off color line is actual a full rainbow and pretty cool looking
For those coins you photographed, I would say the dealer was happy to make that sale, and you have added some new coins to your collection; without breaking the bank or taking financial risk. I'm sure your both pleased with the results.
