    Ah, it will just stay where it is. :) Here is another quarter, this time from Belgium. A relatively small coin (Ø 16 mm) and there is not much "going on" design wise, but I like it ...

    About as odd as splitting a 1.00 into four, thus ending up with 0.25 pieces. A 0.125 coin is simply half of that; whether people find it practical to use or not, I don't know. But that denomination is not new for Venezuela - here is a much older one. So I guess they like it. :)
