1834 BUST DIME, WHAT VARIETY?

    15b.jpg 15c.jpg i could not find any photos online of the various LM varieties for 1834 capped bust dimes. any ideas about what variety this coin is?

    If it is JR-4 (I am not really sure as I do not know the first thing about bust dimes), it looks like they have been selling in the $20-30 range recently in a condition similar to yours. Cool coin.

    This marriage was list in the original dime book as a rarity 5, but has since been lowered to a rarity 3 as more examples turned up. Here is my JR-4.

    thanks for all of the replies and the information about the coin. does anyone know what variety this 1830 bust dime is?

    Too me - it looks like JR-4. I was just basically going by curl to 0 relation ship on from and then arrowhead to A. Mainly used the link I posted.
