Just got a bunch of Kennedy toners from Greg....

    I just got a few (11) JFK Half toners from Greg. Now, we all know, he gets some of the most incredible toned coins on the face of this Earth. Once again, the coins decided that they wanted to be in Florida for the Winter, as opposed to Michigan. Here are the best of the two--these and 4 or 5 others are going to NGC in mid October, for a bigger submission. General opinion of these two, and how they will grade? star possible? There will be a formal contest in late October.

    Nice pickups, I'd give the first one a 66 and the next a 67.

    Yeah, I was thinking the same thing--more like 67 for both and possible star. Note that there is no scratch on the right side of the 71 obverse--it is the border of the tone on the coin.
