Definitely not a die crack. What else could cause it I am unsure of. Weather maybe? I do think it is PMD either way.

this is a laminated planchet coin . this happens when the coin's metal is not mixed properly .

Any value? I have been saving a bunch of them for years? If not I have a good Place to put the coins! I will be going out metal detecting soon !

Detatched lamination. A cool one. Not PMD.

Definitely a lamination error. Partially detained and partially detached. People collect lamination errors, and this one is a rather dramatic one. I would think you could get somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-15 bucks for it.

Very cool should I send it off and have it slabed?

I wouldn't. Unless you just want it slabbed for your personal collection, you'd end up spending more than the coins is worth.
