You've started two threads with images of coins for sale on ebay from two different sellers and have asked for grading and/or surface advice. These are raw coins with issues and, if you aren't certain about what you are seeing in these ebay listings, I would suggest you stick with certified coins. This is just friendly advice.
Probably a newbie. They often want us to build their collection, rather than doing it themselves. They have no confidence because they have no experience or knowledge. It's much easier and quicker to just ask here, than read up about it. Tom B is right on, as far as buying certified coins when you are new to the hobby. Good suggestion.
