1999 Cent Reverse Error?

    what is going on with the reverse side of this cent?
    theres a bump and some sort of clash of the letters on the rim
    and the F in FG is that a DD?

    The FG took a hit.
    The dot is unusual. Hopefully someone that knows more will post.

    That does look like the top of UST in TRUST. It's not reversed either. Is it raised or incuse?
