.....stupid wagon. well, i wan't supposed to buy any new coins for a while but a grabbed this one. i've wanted one of these for a over quite some time, and this one was less than what it would go for at an auction probably. really cool mint mark and a pretty color, looks good on my crappy old table. julian ii 360-363 ad o: DN FL CL IVLIANVS PF AVG r:SECVRITAS REIPVB .CONSPA (palm branch) in ex. constantinople mint ric viii 164 30mm 7.9g if anyone else want to post your "wagon busters", please feel free!
Well, I fall off and get back on so many times I can't remember if I'm suppose to be on or off. I love these Julian II "Bull" coins. Nice pickup.
Nice choice! I've been looking for a reasonably-priced Julian II/Bull for my Constantine family tree, but they get pricey in higher grades. That's a great example of the type - good detail and strong legends. Great pickup.
Nice coin to fall on. I have seen a few affordable ones in my budget buts its one of those coins I just havent been in the mood to buy. I know how historical it is but meh...

Pearl diademed, draped and cuirassed bust at right Reverse: SECVRITAS REIPVB. Bull standing right, 2 stars above, wreath at end of legend. PCON in exergue Reference: Originally stated as being an RIC VIII 316 NOTE => Doug Smith states => “You should continue to be happy to have that coin which is not bad as just a generic Julian bull but is really special as an R3 that seems actually to deserve that rating.
