So as you guys probably already know I am going to a philly coin show this Saturday and I was wondering if there is anything particularly cheap at the moment that would be a good buy. Im really interested in 2,3 and 20 cent pieces to add to my collection but I still do like dollar coins and well everything else. My budget is 65 bucks (which I smoothly made from 50 bucks to 65 because my dad thinks I may be loosing money which I know im not) Just leave any suggestions for coins that are in my price range and interesting to buy. thanks

Good luck getting a 20c piece for under 65...I think even the most common date in problem-free G4 is in the $80+ range.
You can probably get a VF 3 cent piece and a VF 2 cent piece and stay under budget.

If for your collection, buy what you like and want, but more importantly, buy only what you know. I understand that you have a budget, but do not allow yourself to be blinded by what on the surface may look like a "deal"; it is better to pay solid money for a solid coin than it is to get an apparent "deal" on junk, and don't feel bad about or be afraid to go home empty handed.

You might find 3 nice, original VG barbers for $65! ;)

Take this piece of advice and do with it what you like-

Don't look for a "deal"; rather, buy a nice coin that you like.

well I wasn't exactly going there to buy AG coins lol they wouldn't even appreciate in value... I might buy the barbers so at least I have silver value if all else fails.

I think Walter Magnus will have a table there. He routinely has ag-g twenty cents for $55.

Yea but I wouldn't want to blow my money on one coin that is Ag-g... not that your idea is stupid or anything but im probably going to lean towards the barbers or 2-3 cent peices
